History
Tom Prins founded The Scholar’s Choice as a book exhibit company in 1983 after years of scholarly bookselling. Working from his home Tom attended 16 conferences that first year. Right from the start The Scholar’s Choice met a need in the scholarly publishing community by bringing the newest and best scholarship to specialized academic meetings.
Our ability to successfully display, market, and sell books has fueled our growth. Today we are a fully incorporated company located in Rochester, New York with a staff of six full-time professionals. In addition a dozen part-time exhibitors, located throughout the country, staff meetings for us.
