We'll be at 3 conferences towards the end of this week--The American Association for the History of Medicine at the Hyatt in Buffalo, on the campus of the University of Vermont for the Association for the Study of Food & Society/Agriculture, Food, & Human Values Society meeting, and also the Symposium on Medieval & Renaissance Studies at Saint Louis University.
